1 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.1.2 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.1.3 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.1.4 Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.1.5 Excellent record keeping skills.1.6 Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.1.7 Proficient with Microsoft Office , LinkedIn and Job Portals1.8 Meticulous attention to detail.1.9 Must take Ownership and Accountability of the Role, Position and Mistakes 2 ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA 2.1 Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).2.2 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist Profile(essential).2.3 Salary Expectation not more than 17k3 PERSONAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL CRITERIA 3.01 Must be within 5 km radius of our factory 3.02 Must have a personal vehicle to travel with (It will be added advantage while selection) 3.03 Must own a laptop, at least a desktop computer at home in case of emergencies. 3.04 Working hours will be 9.30 am - 6:00pm 3.05 Weekly off on Sunday (In certain cases, Friday will be weekly off and Sunday will be working) 3.06 All communications will be done on Cell Phone and Computers provided by the Company (Use of personal devices might result in immediate termination)(Personal Communication devices are not permitted in Company premises)3.07 Must attend 4 rounds of Interview3.07.01 Telephonic Round (With HR)3.07.02 Interpersonal relations and Skill understanding (With Senior Member / Director)3.07.03 Technical and Communications Test at Company Premises 3.07.04 Final Round (Pay and Terms agreement) JOB DESCRIPTION1 Systems & Process Development & Maintenance 1.1 Conduct HR Audit 1.2 Recruitment Process1.2.01 Collaborate with Top management or departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.1.2.02 Prepare and finalize Job description with the help of the Top management.1.2.03 Talent Search- Identify the right talent, attract them and motivatie them to apply1.2.04 The job listing should be advertised internally to generate referrals as well as externally on popular social networking sites and preferred job portals.1.2.05 Screen and Shortlist the resumes 1.2.06 Line up Interviews of the shortlisted candidates1.2.07 Conduct first round of interview ( telephonic or video interview)1.2.08 Evaluation and Offer of Employment1.2.09 Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.1.2.10 Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives1.3 Documentation & Record Maintenance1.3.01 Employee Database Management - Maintain employee attendance, files and records in electronic and paper form1.3.02 Maintain records of Instruments and company property with Employees in electronic and hard copy1.3.03 Salary/Wage Calculation1.3.04 Leave Management 1.3 Design and Refine HR Functions and Systems (for each function)1.3.01 Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.1.4 Compliance & Processes1.4.01 Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.1.4.02 Ensure compliance with labor law, EPF and ESIC.1.4.03 Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.1.4.04 Recommend strategies to motivate employees.1.4.05 Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.1.4.06 Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.1.4.07 Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.1.5 Employee Engagement Activities1.5.01 Monitor employee morale and company culture.15.02 Employee Engagement Activity- Conduct and coordinate activities/celebrations during birthdays and festivals
