Recruitment:
Planning manpower requirements and formulating the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
Sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates by multiple channels like employee referrals, consultants, job portals
Preparing offers with salary fitments across all the levels taking into consideration compensation bands
HR Administration & Onboarding
Reviewing, updating and maintaining the proper filing of joining Kit, documents related to employees, HR communications
Analyzing and presenting various Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly HRMIS
Conducting exit interviews & feedback analysis and full & final settlement
Payroll Administration
Preparing Payroll MIS by collating data from Attendance Management System, Leave Trackers, Reimbursements, Recovery and forward to Finance for taxations and other deductions
Verifying the final payroll sheet from Employee Master Database
Compensation & Benefits
Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system
Planning & delivering merit recognition, incentive plans for the motivation of employees
Performance Management
Designing/ Reviewing of PMS process & appraisal forms; conducting confirmation appraisals interviews
Communicating to the staff the appraisal schedules and process to be followed
Working on promotions & transfers in accordance with business requirements
Development and Formulation of HR Policies
Planning and achieving continuous improvements in HR processes in respect of discipline, grievances, forms design, contract and so on as per the needs
Providing assistance in formulating the HR policy
Employee Relations & Engagement
Organizing Employee Engagements & Organizational Development programs and ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
Steering employee motivation, personnel/family counseling thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism and employee turnover; working on Internal magazine/News Letters
