Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
Analyze employment-related data of helpers and prepare required reports.
Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs of helpers.
Payroll of helpers/workers
Daily manpower tracking of workers, helpers.
Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
Reduction in Attrition by analyzing and implementing actions.

Serve as a communicator between management by percolating the Vision , Mission , Strategic Objective and Policies across organization.
