Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of administrative and operational processes and manage an efficient HR employee lifecycle, especially hands on maintaining payroll plan and benefits program.
Oversee current HR systems, workflows and processes of day-to-day HR transactions and ensure HR processes comply with all regulatory requirements
Collaborate and partner with the HR team to create improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing guidance to all payroll and employment tax audit activities, including maintaining a working relationship with local revenue and governmental agencies.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Responsible for the oversight of practical reporting and management information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
6+ years' of experience working in start-ups
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4+ years of experience working with prior experience in Compliance and Payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Natural propensity to work collaboratively.
Ability to learn new systems & processes.
Strong analytical skills are required and the ability to be able to problem solve.
Excellent data analysis and visual presentation skills
