JOB DETAILS
Joining Formalities :
Taking care of all activities under joining formalities along with design and implementation of customized induction of employees
Employee related Documentation :
Responsible for collecting, maintaining and updating accurate documentation during the employee life cycle in hard copies and on HRMS
Recruitment Management:
Looking after manpower planning and optimized hiring activities or looking after end to end recruitment via collecting database of prospective profiles by screening and interviewing through use of Job portals and other means.
Administration Management :
Overlooking services and agreements like Canteen, Transport, Security, Contract labour, etc. Also looking after trainings/ services of First Aid, Pest Control, Uniform, Mediclaim, Medical check-ups, etc on regular basis. Administer company policies and SOPs are implemented effectively. .
Payroll and Labour Law Compliances
Assisting in Attendance Management and Payroll process by preparation of periodic reports required in relation to attendance, time, etc. Assisting in filing returns for different labour laws (Factory Act, POSH Act, Bonus Act, PF, ESIC, etc) under timeframe, applicable for factory.
Employee Relations
Establish and maintain a connect with employees at shop floor and office; Proactively Handling of employees issues; Planning and executing effective employee engagement activities.
