Medpace is a rapidly growing global full-service Contract Research Organization with our global headquarters in Cincinnati, OH and operations in more than 40 countries. As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Human Resources (HR) Generalist. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local HR function with some support to our global HR team. Responsibilities :
Support and partner with India Management team for the expansion and set up of Medpace India operations; partner with local management teams in providing HR support to meet business objectives;
Coordinate the entire recruitment process for assigned areas, from staffing requisition to final offers (sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources).
Support on-boarding needs for new hires and participate in orientation;
Update and improve HR processes andprocedures as assigned; coordinate and prepare internal communications as related to HR function
Support and resolve employee relations issues by working with employees, managers and HR management;
Assist Global HR Team with implementation at local level for HR programs, processes and policies;
Provide support on ad-hoc HR projects.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's degree;
At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience;
A working knowledge of India employment law and ideally previous recruitment experience;
Excellent Microsoft office skills and preferably experience using an HRIS system;
Fluency in English language;
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
