Employee Engagement Lead Employee Engagement initiatives and events. Should drive new initiatives in line with best practices in market. Stakeholder Management Connect with Business Unit head and employees of the Business unit/assigned project to ensure Leave Management Monitoring and overseeing the correct recording of the Daily attendance through the Biometric system and the Muster. Leave and attendance details archival in HRD. HR Policies & Procedures. Assisting HR Business Partner in Drafting & Implementation of HR Policies. Assisting HR Manager for drafting of Job Descriptions & organisation chart Record Maintenance Preparing, Updating and Maintaining Personal Record in the personal files and the HR Software (Workday). Updating of all staff details on the HR Software (Workday) and other folders pertaining to Headcount, Appraisals, Training and Development. Co-ordination and Assistance Assisting the HR Business Partner in Coordination of Performance Appraisal and Evaluation process Other Miscellaneous work as and when required and necessary Training & Development Assisting the HR Business Partner in identify training needs, develop training calendars, training execution, evaluate feedback and maintain training database. Others Compliance with HSE requirements. Responsible for participating in HSSE meetings and Mock drills.
