About the Job
We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate from a good institute with overall 1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Aquisition.
Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
Should have expertise in hiring for BPO, KPO & Marketing roles.
Should be well versed with IT / Non IT Voice & Non- Voice process hiring.
Good team player who thrives under pressure.
Role brings exposure to nesting & employee engagement programms hence, candiadte should exhibit srong Managerial & Leadership qualities.
Should have good market knowledge and bring new initiatives of hiring different profiles.
Should have the capability of an individual contributor & Team Manager.
Utilizing various channels of recruitement (job portals, social networking sites, employee referrals, existing database etc) for sourcing potential candidates.
Should be able to aquire talent through networking LinkedIn/ past connections, etc.
Screening and short listing the profiles according to requirement.
Explaining profile to the candidates.
Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Maintaining daily report and log in CRM.
