Duties & Responsibilities
Managing entire recruitment process and hiring of candidates.
Fulfill the staff requirement needs of all departments.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Creative recruiting from hospitality colleges/institutions for fresher/intern hiring.
Hiring of candidates who specialize in craft course.
Monitor performance evaluation
Conduct employee engagement sessions
Co-ordination with different departments of hotel.
Excellent Communication Skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently.
Resolve disputes arising from staff if any.
Co-ordinate basic admin related work in the office.
Candidate Profile
Strong experience in end to end hiring with respect to Food & Beverage (Production & Service).
Knowledge of operations in restaurants of renowned/prominent food chains or banquet chains.
Knowledge of compliance and labour law.
Quality experience right from pre-opening stage.
Has relevant experience of multiple restaurant/outlet openings, work force planning and recruiting.
Education: Any Graduate | Specialization in HR
Preferred Industry Vertical: Hospitality/Restaurants/F&B/QSR
