Responsibilities
Conduct Employee Onboarding
Maintain internal HR systems (Zoho People, GreytHR) and databases (Employee trackers)
Address Employee queries relating to policies and processes
Take care of Operational paperwork (Employment Agreement, Exit formalities etc)
Address employees queries through Zoho Cases
Manage Insurance, BGV and other formalities for Onboarding and exit
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in HR Operations/generalist role
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
