About the role We are an organisation that is growing day by day and we are looking for someone to come in and take the HR function by the scruff of the neck and make things happen. There is a lot to do here. We have listed some of them below! Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive Culture and make sure it eats everything else for lunch:). We have some very defining core values, we want someone to reinforce them across all stakeholders in our ecosystem. Build a deep sense of commitment in employees towards their team and organisational goals and towards achieving mastery in individual roles Work closely with leadership in reviewing and implementing relevant changes to existing culture and values framework. Continuously reinforce Drums Food Internationals core values and culture 2. Performance is super important, and we want to develop and run a Performance Management system that will be the backbone for us to drive action Formalize positions, developing a clear company structure and set up a standardised performance management system Operationalize KPI setting process across layers Create accountability through targets and clear measurement Create and build scalable processes and document them 3. Manage Talent, Recruit the best and set platforms to drive employee success Drive overall HR operations including budgeting, hiring, onboarding, performance appraisal, promotions, training and exit Enable company growth through establishing a roadmap for greater retention and strategic hires Understand hiring needs, and build a strong value proposition for people considering joining Partner with leadership across levels to identify and address challenges around performance, engagement and retention. Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational plans and interventions. Enhance and/or develops, implements HR systems, policies and procedures for effective management of people Set up a competency assessment system, 4. Employee engagement Invest in current employees by ensuring that they feel heard, valued and appreciated Develop a feedback loop with management; bring cohesion across offices Build the right content and communication strategy for people related initiatives Work through various organization and talent related issues. Create avenues for employee development & growth Required Candidate profile Must haves: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist Experience working closely with the leadership team for strategic and operational people practices Experience working in a young, growing organisation Experience leading a small team Preferred: MBA or Masters with a specialisation in HR Competencies that would make the candidate a cultural fit: We love to make things happen, so a roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude.
