1) Recruitment and selection of Candidates within stipulated time & arranging induction Training.
2) Monitoring and maintaining employees data.
3) Handle activities related to employment like joining and exit Formalities.
4) Handling statutory & regulatory requirements as applicable.
5) Payroll processing and leave management.
6) Enforcing discipline across the organization and taking disciplinary actions.
7) HR & Admin documentation including QMS Records.
8) Labour contractor selection and process management.
9) Attendance & reimbursement, resource requisition and arrangement.
10) Employees Travel Arrangement & documentation for Site Deputation as Applicable.
11) Ensure the arrangements for personnel protective equipments and personnel safety while performing work.
12) Ensure adequate work environmental condition like illumination, ventilation, First Aid arrangement etc,
13) Co-ordination with finance for relevant activities
14) Re-assigning responsibility if required in consultation with Management
15) Training evaluation & effectiveness.
16) Acess to all records related to employees
