JOB DETAILS
The selected candidate would be the first HR exclusive hire and would be responsible for setting up the entire department for a 39 year old company of 200+ employees.
Responsibilities:
-Collection, analysis, monitoring statistics on employee.
-Ensuring adherence to various labour laws.
-To monitor data and inform the management about the action that is required to be taken.
-To formulate various training plans with support from senior departmental heads.
-Communication / follow up with the branches or establishments for information / data collection
-Record Keeping
-Generate Payroll
-Working with management to design and implement policies and procedure
-Staff Grievance Redressal
-Evaluate employee performance and suggest improvement plans.
-Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
-Conduct exit interviews.
-Fluency in English, Hindi.
-Good knowledge of working on computer
-Any other assignments other than routine job functions
