JOB DETAILS
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
Maintain, records, reports and logs to conform to government regulations and company's needs.
Conducts new-employee orientations.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Participates in staff meetings, other meetings, and seminars as requested and/or assigned.
Facilitates/ provides employee training (skills based and/or compliance) and orientations to the workforce and/or management as needed.
Assures compliance with all laws and/or regulations regarding areas of assignment.
Assists with ongoing maintenance of personnel files and records retention policies and procedures.
Assists with employee relations issues such as employee complaints and exit interviewing.
Performs other duties as assigned.
