Job description
1. Carry forward HR Agenda by working closely with HR head.
2. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
3. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
4. Possess strong knowledge of HR Operations, Attendance & Leave Management, Statutory compliance, HR Audit, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Design KRA and deployments of employees.
5. Prepare HR reports for management head internal and at client which would enable strategic decision making
6. Review departmental budgets
7. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
9. Report to Function head and provide decision support through HR metrics
10. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Requirements:
1. Proven work experience (3+ yrs) in HR in a similar environment
2. People oriented and results driven
3. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
5. Excellent active listening and presentation skills
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
7. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
8. Familiar experience in Startups.
9. Should be able to work and deliver with speed and accuracy.
