Key Responsibilities.
Independently handling all the statutory compliances i.e. PF/PT/ESIC//MLW
etc.
Experience in handling end to end recruitment process cross levels and across
functions with team
Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
Employee relations
Optimize the use of various talent sourcing portals for ensuring a data
bank/talent pool of suitable candidate profiles
Maintain and update MIS as required for updating management on the
progress
Responsible for joining & exit formality
Issuing offer letter, Appointment letter and other documents
Handling end to end payroll processing
Required Candidate Profile
Graduate with HR Certification course preferably
Deep understanding of recruitment process & statutory compliance
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Outstanding communication skills (Written and Oral)
