We are looking for a qualified HR Professional (Generalist) to manage human resource operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.
We are located at Sion, Mumbai.
Job Description:
1.) Talent Acquisition: Handle end to end recruitment for positions across functions with significant reduction in recruitment costs and TAT
2.) Joining & on boarding: Responsible for Employee on boarding and familiarization. Responsible for pre-employment, other employee related documentation and maintenance of personal file records.
3.) Leave & Attendance Management:
a. Preparing monthly attendance of all In-house employees.
b. Updating & maintaining leave records of all In-house employees.
4.) Employee Engagement Planning:
a. Able to design and continually review various employee engagement initiatives including R&R and schedule them throughout the year.
b. Involve the site support personnel, Area coordinators and the Operations team to design relevant activities and policies beneficial for the site employees.
c. Communicate and update all stakeholders about the new initiatives and changes impacting them.
5.) Performance Management System: Partake in the Annual Performance Appraisal activity and ensure it is well coordinated and executed by following due procedures and processes within stipulated timelines.
6.) Letters & Correspondence: Have a thorough follow up and ensure all due Employee letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Separation Letter, etc.) are processed and handed over to the employee in time.
7.) Employee Database & MIS: Input, Update & Maintain Employee Information in HRMS and prepare meaningful MIS reports for HR analysis.
8.) Training & Development:
a. Training Need Identification(Through PMS/QPR/HOD Recommendation/Succession planning)
b. Facilitation of Training (In-house) & Training Feedback
9). HR Policy:
a. Reviewing existing policies periodically.
b. Amending policies by Management Approval whenever required.
c. Effective implementation of all HR policies
10.) Employee Grievances: Understanding & resolving grievances of employees Pan India.
We work 6 days a week ( Sunday Fixed off)
