Access Card & Bio Matric - Life Cycle Management.
Develop and implement policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in personnel records management.
Taking care of Attendance, PMS activities, Employee benefits, Official letters & Queries.
Attrition analysis
Ensuring smooth exit of an employee
Managing tickets raised by the internal clients

Reports, Audits & Compliances:
Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM
Insuring proper database of reports are maintained
Manage & facing internal & external audits
Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances
Managing MIS for the Organization

Corporate Initiatives:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice

Shift Timing - general shift but should be flexible to work late night.
5 days working but flexible to work on saturday if required
