JOB DETAILS
Talent Acquisition: (50% of the role)
Identifying various channels for sourcing and recruitment.
Handling end-to-end Recruitment & Assessment process.
Briefing the candidates about the job requirement and Screening of candidates as per the requirements.
Manage pre-screening of candidates via phone, face-to-face and skype interviews.
Manage reference checks on work attitude, character references and performance.
Preparing the recruitment calendar.
Hiring at all levels.
Maintain the resource database.
Coordination with Business heads to understand their departments staffing needs and provide superior recruiting services.
Follow up with candidates to ensure 100% joining of selected candidates.
Issuance of Offer and Appointment letter to the joiners.
Employee Assistance
Define and implement policies / proceedures
Coordinate the dissemination of information to notify and advise employees on HR policies, programs and norms and adherence to the HR policies.
Planning welfare activities as per organization budget.
Grievances Handling: Related to Payroll, Salary Structure, work related etc.
Salary and Compensation Management
Downloading, calculating and maintaining monthly attendance of employees.
Managing salary data of employees.
Calculation, discussion and negotiation of increments with employees.
Preparing Offer, Promotion and Increment letters.
Preparing salary break ups and salary structures as per organizations structure.
Training and Development
Induction training
Coordinating with the department heads for forecasting person wise training needs.
Preparing training calendars.
Conducting training feedback for effectiveness of training.
Employee documentation
Preparation of employee folder with their necessary documents filed and also preparation of salary certificates, employment certificates, probation completion letters etc.
