As a Recruiter one is responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customers requirements.
Will be involved for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities
Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals (monster.com, naukri.com) references, professional sites, networking, head hunting and database upon the required skill sets.
Matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Interaction & smooth coordination with candidates for joining.
Role includes from Hiring a Candidate to his exit, complete life cycle.
