HR representative for Mumbai location for handling HR related queries, concerns and grievances Manage ISO related documents, checklists and compliance Maintain Personnel filing of all the employees (As all the files are centralized at Mumbai), Separation files, , maintaining BGV and Drug test, Updating stakeholders about the findings to take necessary action if any Ensuring HR and labor compliance activities are taken care HR Administration and daily Operational activities: Ensuring the letters reach the employee on time. Carrying out the employee engagement activities and events Providing inputs for Payroll Handling employee Onboarding - induction program for all new comers. Briefing Organization work culture, vision, introducing to all team members and completing joining formalities. Personnel Documentations and records – to maintain personnel files of all the employees and update the records on timely basis. Off-boarding – to maintain exit files and records of all employees. Also carry out exit process for the base location Driving employee verifications & background checks of all new comers. Updating management about the findings to take necessary action if any. Making, issuing and managing letters related to Employee, Visa, compliance etc To maintain individual employee records i.e. a separate employee file, bank account opening and other statutory requirements for new joiners, transfers, and promotions Reports and trackers - to maintain HR reports and relevant trackers as per the set SOPs Providing required payroll inputs to payroll department for monthly salary processing. Ensuring compliance from HR perspective by following the necessary defined processes - Maintain and update records for Employee Health Insurance and others compliance records as applicable. To coordinate with all such agencies /firms /departments as required for the fulfilment and discharge of the responsibilities. Carrying out Employee Engagement activities, arranging events, get together, Cultural Activities etc Manage employee grievances and request Making, issuing and managing letters related to Employee, Visa, compliance etc Handle daily operations of the HR department Support in making and updating HR policies and processes Handle activities for performance appraisal and review process bi-annually Drive, follow and support all required information security practices, policies and compliances Supporting team members on any employee related or functional activities
