CouponDunia is currently in search of a dynamic and hardworking individual for the role of HR Executive & Admin.
Roles and responsibilities
General HR activities: Managing payroll and leave data of the employees. Assist with budget monitoring. Handling employee grievances. Managing company events, off-sites, office parties and other employee activities. Handling end to end appraisal process. Handling employee database.
Employee on-boarding: Handle onboarding for new joiners - paperwork/ documentation, the introduction of new employee with his manager & team, entry access, back a/c creation etc
Employee exit process: Completion of exit paperwork, taking handover of company HR assets, ensuring smooth exit process.
Recruitment – Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and helping the team with sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Travel Management: Booking flight/bus tickets/ train tickets, hotel/guesthouse booking for employees or other associates.
Vendor Management: Coordinating with various vendors for office landlines, stationery, trophies, certificates and any other day to day requirements. Identify new vendors when required.
Timely maintenance and repair: Coordinating with electricians, plumbers etc. to solve any day to day issues. Regular check on basic amenities like AC/ electric appliances, office space & equipment, meeting rooms etc.
F&B: Take care of monthly food and beverage stocking, Monday morning snacks, ordering for company events/festivals as and when needed
Replenish stock - Order stock for the pantry, printing materials etc.
Roles and responsibilities
Basic educational qualification: Graduate in any stream
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in a similar profile.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under stress
