Talent Management – Calibration, Talent Book
VOE/MPF Manager Support
Implementation of Organization Realignment decisions
RIF’s – preparations and legal review, Manager Consultation/Training, 1:1 Employee Discussion

Co-ordinate and ensure seamless end to end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes
Work with HRAs to ensure consistent delivery of HR solutions and processes
