Support of current and future business needs through Human Capital Engagement Motivation and Maintenance of Training Programs to assess the need for training for application and monitoring
Reporting to CEOs to provide decision support through HR indicators to ensure global legal compliance throughout HR management candidates are actively hired to determine a set of interview screening and evaluation skills.
Potential Candidate Recruitment Managers will be contacted regularly to inform them of the recruitment process and status.
Implement and apply screening methods applicable to the recruitment requirements and manage the evaluation of candidates as needed.

Interview schedule and interview process support

New employee file preparation Compensation and welfare document completion supervision
