Preparing training budget
Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their training requirements
Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization s objectives and requirements.
Calendarization and execution of trainings scheduled.
Administration part of trainings i.e. keeping a track of trainee attendance, trainers feedback and training effectiveness.
Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions etc.
Preparing Quarterly Training Mis for management reference.
Building relationships with 3rd party training providers/vendors for outdoor trainings.
Creating training modules for different type of behavioral/soft skills trainings and technical skills.
Hr Generalist:
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, taking interviews, salary negotiation and issuing employment contracts
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Provide an effective and dedicated Hr advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, arrears, work on holiday etc.
Tracking Performance management data & issue of relevant documents.
Initiate and facilitate employee welfare/ engagement initiative
Candidate should be a Post-graduate in Hr with good English communication (both verbal and written).
Candidate who can join immediate or within 20 days will be preferred.
Candidates should have fine knowledge about compliance's such as Pf, Esic, paternity and maternity leaves, Gratuity etc.
