· Screening, Interviewing and testing applicants.
· Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) attendance, hires,
· Termination, transfers.
· Worked on payroll, salary calculations, PF, ESI, PT preparation through relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
· Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures, policy generation.
· Process employees requests and provide relevant information.
· Implementation of the Performanc e Management systems that includes Performance development plans and employee development programs.
· Worked in HR projects, Meetings and Training Seminars.
· Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
· Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
· Coordinating with internal and external technical team for interview process.
· Releasing of Appointment and Offer letter.
· Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
· Making necessary arrangement for onboarding of new employee.
· Review and provide employees with necessary benefits that the company provides as a matter of policy.
· Coordinate with reimbursements of bills and/claim settlements for employees.
· Plan and Execute Quarterly/ Yearly Company Events.
· Planning for motivational events.
· Identifying and Arranging training needs of Employee.
· Good Team player quick learner and self starter.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to communicate with CEO level executives.
· Passionate to work self -motivated and positive attitude and ability to handle work pressure.
· Understanding IT Technology.
