Roles and Responsibilities As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing and administrating the human resource policies, procedures, and programs. Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment - Job postings, Searching resumes, Pre-Screening resumes, and applications, scheduling interviews(Telephonic, Written Test & In-person). Negotiating salaries, and coordinating the new hires on the pre-joining and post-joining recruitment process. Induction to the new joiners for familiarizing them with the organization's vision and values. Imparting training to the employees and execute employee engagement activities. Formulating and updating the terms and conditions of the organization when required. Identifying and administering employee benefits. Manage payroll and statutory aspects and resolve any issues. Maintaining attendance through software in accordance with company leave policies. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills. Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization. Should be able to manage day-to-day and periodic HR tasks independently. Should be flexible, responsible, and committed towards the role served. Should be able to take initiatives in new HR areas required for company' growth able to make decisions when and wherever needed. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
