Assessing candidate profiles and resumes, filtering through applications received on Naukri or from other sources based on requirements
Conducting initial calls with candidates, verifying details such as salary expectations, location/ relocation, experience with various relevant technologies, etc.
Confirming availability for interviews, both with candidates and interviewers
Coordinating interviews: sending links, briefing about interview process, checking audio/ connectivity for online calls, collecting interview feedback, etc.
Sending emails pertaining to recruitment process: scheduling/ rescheduling of interviews, candidate details, sending technical assignments, offer letters, etc.
Internal Communication
Updating Excel sheets with candidate information, interview status and feedback, etc.
Answering queries from employees, etc.
