Recruitment: Executing staffing manpower requisition, Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting the candidates based on the requirements; conduct personal interview, coordinate with the concerned department, closing of requirement on time.
HR-Operations: Supporting the healthcare business objectives and continually improves the value of HR's contribution to the operation services through strong partnerships with key departments and stakeholders.
Payroll & Time Office: Experience in Time Office / Payroll / issuing memos against disciplinary. To Handle Vendor Support - Head Count Management / Vendor Payment / Grooming inspection. Should track daily attendance - able to handle independently. Maintain employees medical and attendance records. Keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and monthly payroll.
HR-Auditing: Auditing - Vendor Policy / Payroll / Statutory Compliance
HR-MIS: Manpower, Head count, Attendance - Dash boards. Maintains HRIS records, compiles and analyses and presents MIS reports effectively
