- You will work with the various portfolios to understand what drives them to work for Commutatus and to showcase that.
- Gather feedback by facilitating various interactive sessions to ensure everyone's opinions and ideas are brought out into the open.

- You will be responsible for setting up processes to ensure that we are able to efficiently hire the best talent and people who embody the values of the company.
Performance Management:
- Commutatus is a very performance oriented organization , you will work closely with the CEO to understand how we can improve performance and ensure that all efforts in the company are being channeled in the best possible way.
- Work on an algorithm to effectively measure performance effectively.
Culture development:
- As Commutatus becomes bigger , culture development and management becomes very important , you will work with various teams in the organization to ensure that each one of them has a unique culture but still aligned to the organizational value system.
Learning and development:
- As we move to bigger projects with more critical impact on our partner's business and also as technology scales , we need to keep our team updated , hence a strong LD plan to be strategized.

- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time - An average developer at Commutatus works on at least 3 projects at the same time. As a HR Manager , you may have to do the same taking up responsibility for multiple HR stratergies at a time.
- Identify problems and propose solutions without being told to do so - We love independent problem solvers. If you feel that something can be done better , we absolutely love it if you go ahead and propose the change.
- Resourcefulness - In the age of Google , very few problems cannot be solved with some extensive Googling. We like our employees to be resourceful and exhaust every avenue before escalating the issue / problem to the senior manager.
