JOB DETAILS
a)Manage the entire administration spectrum of the company. (Office administration, supplies management, asset upkeep management, House Keeping management etc).
b)Co-ordinate in person with the ESI, PF, gratuity offices as and when required.
c)Liaise with the CA, CMA institutes in person for job posting.
d)Managing the recruitment cycle from posting an ad, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews through to issuing offer letter and bringing them on board.
e)HR policy management and maintenance of up to date employee records.
f)Payroll management, employee life cycle and performance management.
g)Managing employee relations, labor relations and statutory compliances.
Required Candidate profile
Looking for Graduate / MBA/ PG candidates, with strong communication, people management skills, recruitment background and payroll management. Good knowledge on MS Office is an added advantage. Fresher's are welcome.
