5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
6. Assisting employees in resolving queries related to human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
7. Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
8. Regularly updating of the Performance management tool

10. HR Connect with employees like 1:1, Skip Level etc.
11. Regular interaction with Employees/ various stakeholders
