JOB DETAILS              
Use HR software to manage employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration Organize hard and soft copies of employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving Communicate with public services when needed Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees safety Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and, conducting investigations Arrange seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department’s needs

LEON GRILL was set up in 2015 by Chef Suresh Muppala, Madhusudan Chandrasekhar, and Sudhakar Vempalle where people could eat delicious food made from the finest ingredients quickly and affordably. The first LEON GRILL restaurant was opened in Jeevan Bima Nagar, Bengaluru in 2015. Our immediate goal then, was the creation of a unique taste, closely followed by the conception of a memorable logo and individual brand identity. We were determined to introduce a product that would not only be successful in the UK but around the world. We realized that winning the ‘battle of the globals’ lay upon the novel taste of our product. When it came to the taste, this is where the founder’s passion for cooking and experimentation really came into its own, developing products that were set to become core to the success of LEON GRILL in our Nation. LEON GRILL is one of the fastest-growing in Bengaluru. Our specialty menu was devised to be a bit different from traditional fast food. It has proved to be a rapid success with the growth of multiple restaurants around the country. Our approach to business is very simple
