Working and taking ownership across all HR functions as a HR Generalist
Would be willing to work, develop and lead all HR functions
Managing complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintain documentation and employee files & records
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Manage Employee insurance, PF, ESI and other employee benefits
Organize annual employee performance reviews
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, organizing team building activities and employee Engagement
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, with hands on recruitment across multiple roles and departments
Following are some of the attributes we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience human resources
Hands on experience as HR Generalist
High amount of integrity and diligence
Work experience in a startup is a plus
Knowledge of End to End Recruitment process, with experience in technical recruiting a plus
Strong negotiating skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure and deadlines

We are targeting customers who are currently not served by formal banks and NBFCs and hence end up taking gold loans or loans from informal moneylenders who charge atrocious interest rates. Using advanced ML/AI based underwriting and inhouse technology platform, which uses more than 10,000 data points per customer, we aim to provide unsecured loans to these customers while keeping low default rates. Our target customer segment comprises of almost 100 million customers and is a $300 Billion annual opportunity.
