Your role would involve interacting with the team, and constantly help them evolve their skills and grow in their roles.
You should be comfortable with crisis management, and conflict resolution.
Given we are in the digital space, training plays a huge role for us. We need our teams to be educated about the latest technology and upgrade their skills. L&D is a top priority and we would expect you to lead such initiatives proactively.
With a lot of our team working from home - engagement with the team and keeping the organization connect growing is a critical area of work that you will be responsible for
Managing the overall team culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement is another key work area for you
Celebrating achievements and keeping the entire team communicated about key milestones
Ensuring high retention and productivity rates are your overall KPIs
The management of our employer brand across social platforms and our owned portals would also be a key work area for you.
