Responsibilities:- • On boarding formalities • Exit formalities • Manage HRMIS (Workday, Success Factors etc) • Handle employee queries • Knowledge of med claim process • Knowledge of p.f • Help for payroll processing to payroll management team • Good communication skill • Good Excel skills • Should be from IT organizations. • Immediate joiners preferred. Required Candidate profile 1. Should be well versed with HR MIS reports using MS Excel 2. Should have fair understanding some HR Operations like payroll, On-boarding, Exit Formalities 3. Strong Communication skills both oral and written 4. Should be from IT industry who acted as end user for HRMS systems like Workday, Success Factors Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
