Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor strategies, systems, processes and procedures with the HR team in your region to align across the organization
• Collaborate with global HR team members on talent projects which advance our people agenda
• Be a Generalist with experience across onboarding, communications, engagement, policies, processes, Learning Development etc.
• In partnership with Compensation and Benefits, provide support for continuous improvement of the function through development and implementation of all compensation and benefit programs
• Appreciate regional/international environment with the skills to engage and influence people face to face and remotely
• Co-own key HR programs such as performance management, talent review, engagement survey action planning by contributing a development perspective and lending subject-matter- expertise
• Cultivate a strong partnership with HR team to build understanding and respond to evolving business needs to deliver and support the business units
• Handle, mediate, and/or investigate employee matters and complaints; Prepare investigation reports for review and final action by the appropriate decision makers. Lead employee meetings, handle conflict negotiation/resolution and provide recommendations to the leaders for disposition
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related field. A Master s Degree in Business or a related field is desirable
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in increasingly responsible HR roles with broad based responsibility across the HR disciplines
• 2 years working in a high-tech organization, demonstrated success as an HRBP supporting engineering and Business Leaders with a humble and consultative approach
• Experience with designing and implementing learning strategies,initiatives, and programs for people managers at all levels
• Experience hitting the ground running and delivering from day one in project/contract roles would be beneficial
• Exceptional at building authentic relationships and establishing trust with employees and leaders at all levels in the organization
• Proven ability to successfully influence within a complex fast-paced predominately engineering organization
• Must have strong strategic skills and the ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical
• Strong command of tools and solutions to increase organizational and leadership effectiveness
• Strong knowledge and design skills in change management, organizational design, systems thinking, strategic communications, team dynamics, and coaching
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Must have a sense of humor!
