HR Generalist:
Talent Acquisition: Understand hiring requirements and use required channels to source candidates and test candidates for culture and role fitness, Conducts or acquires background checks & Joining process.
Training & Induction: To conduct new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Employee operations: Payroll, leave management, HRMS, etc.
Employee Productivity and Growth: Create and plot competency charts, plan for competency development as per business and employee goals; organize L&D initiatives with the support of Technology.
Grievances Redressal: Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
HR Recruiter:
Candidate with good experience in end to end recruitment
Should have knowledge of Pharma requirements, solid written communication and rapport building ability Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.
Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.
Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment Personal.
To handle other operational work like preparing salary structure, employment verification, documentation, joining process etc.
