End to End Handling of Joining to relieving of Candidate
Employment Contracts
Employee data Managent
Leave, Pay roll, Review, Monitoring, Assessment
Office Administrative and Assistance Tasks
Maintain Company's Infrastructure & Assets
Employee Grievance Redressal
Ensure Healthy & Happy Work Enviornment
Drafting & Implenting HR Policies
Labour law compliance
Design Incentive schemes , Compensation structures
Requirements:
Relevant Graduation
Experience in General HR,
Recruitement and Admin skills
Well versed with Employment laws and Practices
Experience in Startup Company would be added advantage
Mumbai Based candidate with at least 1 year of Experience
