Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will balance corporate, function, geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with global HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
As a Site HR Business Partner (Generalist) at Micron Technology, Inc., you are responsible for driving and leading the organizational people strategy and initiatives at a site leadership level.
. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
. Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred).
Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and decent typing skills required.
Candidate must have experience in above job profile function.
Evaluate employee performance vis-a-vis KRAs, ability to service customer needs and fit with company culture.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment.
Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills
Candidate having experience in hospital recruitment, attendance, payroll management, shift scheduling, employee Induction, training coordination, statutory compliance and computer efficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point preferred.
