JOB DETAILS              
Assist with the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company goals as well as local, state and federal legal requirements; ensure that employees understand and comply with these policies and procedures Build strong relationships with all functional leaders and serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees Support team leaders with hiring, including developing job descriptions and postings, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations Coordinate the hiring process including conducting background and reference checks, negotiating employment offers, and issuing offer letters and other internal communication Conduct effective new employee onboarding including orientation, first day schedule and coordination of onboarding details with manager, 30/60/90-day onboarding plans Manage employee relations activities such as employee grievances, employee counseling, performance improvement and corrective action plans, investigations, terminations and exit interviews Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and make recommendations to management and HR leadership Conduct investigations into claims of harassment or other company policy violations Act as a culture champion by driving employee engagement, developing recognition programs and facilitating culture building activities Be the go-to person for employees and managers who have questions related to Genea processes, policies, procedures, and programs Identify areas of opportunity for employee and manager training, coordinate or create training materials, facilitate training Manage employee benefits and Providence Fund Utilize ADP as our HRIS to process employment changes, onboarding and termination Assist with required taxes and filings Oversee payroll to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time Maintain employee files; create and manage HR documentation when needed Communicate effectively with US HR Manager, keep abreast of important information related to India office and team members, understand when to escalate or engage HR leadership, proactively communicate Create a process to report to Genea HR Leadership and Executive team about HR status for India team Run reports and create HR dashboards as needed Act as the India office manager including but not limited to ensuring the office space has appropriate supplies, safe work conditions, and being a liaison between the India office and the US based Executive Assistant/Office Manager for additional support and projects as needed Participate in the COVID-19 task force as the India office representative Perform other related duties as assigned by management
