Conducting walk-In Interview
Conducting first round of interview for initial screening and scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates for final round.
Documentation of new joiners
Background check and documentation verification of new joiners
Coordinating and conducting new Induction / Orientation programme and Training for new joinees and Existing Employees .
Updating and maintenance of HR Records (HRIS) (Joining Records, Training and Development records, Employee Data Base etc.)
