This resource will be responsible for handling all regular employee management work - such as standard onboarding process, collecting timesheets, addressing queries, handling grievances, issuing experience certificates, working with different departments (business development, accounts, recruitments) within the company etc. He / she will also be involved in related activities such as helping organize company events, managing the admin functions of the company etc.
