Job description
End to end recruitment
Employee on-boarding and facilitate training & development initiatives
Administer compensation & benefits and responsible for monthly payroll processing
Leave and attendance management
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, attendance, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulation
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Willing to work 6 days in a week

The SRV group was established in 2015 with launch of SRV Hospital, a 75 bedded tertiary care hospital in Goregaon.
Within 1 year of its conception the SRV group brought SRV Mamata Hospital under its wing to enhance the quality of treatment for the localities of Dombivali, Kalyan and Thane and launched a 100 bedded multi-speciality hospital in 2017.
Now, as 2019 comes to an end SRV Group is coming to Chembur with 100 bedded tertiary setup and bringing the philosophies and values that set SRV apart from every other hospital.
