Shift: Day Shift, 2nd and 4th Saturday Off.

Job Description:
Responsible for joining formalities: Verify & maintaining employees personal records, issuing Letters, Appointment letter, ID cards, Opening salary a/c of new employee etc.
Handling HR portal for Employee Data Management
Responsible for BGV (Back ground Verification): Collaborating with background/ Antecedents Verification Company to perform education, employment & address verification.
Employee relation & communication: Point of contact in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Responsible for maintaining data: Maintaining record of Employee joining data /Employee Master Data/ New Joiners detail.
HR policy development and documentation in-line with the company's corporate vision
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure statutory compliance.
Conducting Induction & Orientation as per batch plan.
Eligibility:
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good Computer proficiency
Hands on experience in MS Office/MS Excel etc.
