Scheduling interview, blocking calendar, managing hiring drives, preparing interview
Provide excellent candidate experience.
Coordinates all internal and external job postings
Requisition management through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data
Handles all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensures all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and leads to a positive experience for all involved.
Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief material.
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Excellent written, oral communication skills along with a good experience in data/reports
Adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements
