Roles and Responsibilities
Manage HR operations, including recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Maintain accurate attendance records using HRMS software.
Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Provide support in resolving employee queries related to payroll, benefits, or other HR-related matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in an HR role (freshers welcome).
Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, operations, recruitment, and scheduling principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
