Job description Role Description: As a Human Resource (HR) at RREN, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and initiatives within the organization. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to gain valuable insights and practical exposure in the field of human resources. Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. 2. Onboarding and Induction: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, documentation, and orientation sessions. Ensure new hires receive the necessary training materials and resources. 3. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. 4. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees. Assist in administering training assessments and evaluations. Track employee training progress and maintain training records. 5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports. Assist in organising HR-related meetings and events. Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and requests. 6. Policy Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements. Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure compliance with updated policies. 7. Appraisal and KPI Assistance: Support the appraisal process by assisting in the documentation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in gathering feedback from managers and employees to evaluate performance effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 years of experience in HR or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
