Role - HR Fresher/Assistant
Voice process
Data entry (Basic)

Solve customer queries and concerns
Employee management
Direct reporting to HR Head.
Work hand in hand with HR.
We are looking for an dedicated candidate who is well versed at attending calls related to Patient care services, Maintaining records of our customers and attendees and reports on daily basis.

- Good customer review and customer satisfaction on patient care services.
- We also have old age home services.
(Looking mainly for women candidates for office desk work and HR assistant. Both men and women Attendees for patient care, semi trained and trained nurses)
Job Benefits & Perks
Training period - 1 month.
Direct employee (No contract)
Salary + Bonus/Incentive is paid on 1st of every month without fail and no deductions (PF is not provided)
Women centered NGO (Safety for women and additional benefits given)
100% salary provided with 0 deduction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performance Evaluations -Can handle all day to day HR related activities.
- Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word & good command on English, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi language.
- Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Looking for an efficient & result-oriented coordinator to manage all tasks delegated by MD.
- We are looking for HR and Admin assistant to support the company's HR and Administration Department.
- Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment.

Basically, SPANDHANA is working for the cause of women empowerment by giving family counseling for the victims of violence, oppressed, deserted, and the destitute in the society. Services : Home Health Care Services Bangalore, Home Nursing Services in Bangalore. We have formed self-help groups in the urban and rural areas and availing loans through microfinance institutions.
