Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
-Sourcing
-Conducting All levels of interviews
-Salary Negotiation, Documentation and Offer Release
-Onboarding / Joining Formalities
-Preparing Employee File
-Induction & Training
HR Operations
-Handling and resolving Queries and Greivances related to - Leave & Attendance, HRIS, Salary Payout (LOP/Deductions), Employee Details, Absenteeism etc.
-Managing employee life-cycle
-Processing transfer requests.
-All other matters pertaining to HR Operations
Employee Engagement
-Preparing and Adhering to Yearly Engagement Calendar
-Observing various Festivals and days of National Importance
-Connecting with employees regularly to identify any signs of disengagement or de-motivation.
Others
Supporting HR Team in L&D Activities
Supporting HR Team at the time of Payroll processing
Supporting HR Team in implementing Performance Management System.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate with Min 3 Yrs Experience into Recruitment or HR Operations
- MBA/PGDM in HRM with 1 Yr Experience in HR Operations.
